Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see a version of me who has built something meaningful—not just for recognition, but for value. A business that grew not from ambition alone, but from service. A library of stories—some lived, some written, all real in emotion. A space of my own, digitally and physically, where ideas thrive and others find courage in my clarity.
I see a woman who no longer seeks validation through roles or titles, but through the legacy she’s shaping.
In 10 years, I want to be the kind of leader who creates paths, not just follows them. A mentor to many, a learner still, and someone who knows how to say no—with grace.
And most importantly, I see myself at peace—with what I gave, what I chose, and what I let go.
