Write about your dream home.
Growing up in a joint family in South India was a unique and beautiful experience. Our home wasn’t just a house—it was a lively world filled with laughter, shared meals, and the warmth of togetherness. My grandfather was the guiding force, my grandmother the heart of the home, and around us lived 18 cousins, just seconds away, making every day feel like a festival.
Festivals were the most magical times—everyone gathered under one roof, exchanging stories, seeking advice, and creating memories that still bring a smile to my face. I often sat in a quiet corner, watching the joy unfold, feeling a deep warmth inside—like the gentle glow of a sunrise.
Today, when I think of my dream home, it isn’t about grandeur or luxury. It’s about recreating that same feeling—a space where family and loved ones can come together, where laughter echoes, and where moments turn into memories. A home where festivals are celebrated with joy, where conversations flow effortlessly, and where love remains the foundation.
Because at the end of the day, a home is not just where we live—it’s where we truly belong.
