What countries do you want to visit?
As a child, it was always Paris — the Eiffel Tower sparkled in my dreams.

A reflection on the countries I’ve loved, the ones I still long for, and the quiet beauty of being home.
Growing up, I was drawn to New York. I’d heard so much about the energy, the ambition, the skyline. Later, in the early days of my career, I actually found myself working there.
Then came London. Living in Central London was something else. The charm, the elegance — it felt like the city was alive in every corner. I would live there again in a heartbeat.
Nowadays, I find myself drawn to places with no visa hassle, but also ones that are offbeat — calm, soulful, and rich in culture. Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Scotland — not the obvious checklist destinations, but places that offer a slower, deeper kind of travel.
And now? My home feels like the best country I’ve visited — familiar, grounding, and full of stories I’m just beginning to notice.
